We believe in the integrity of God’s matchless Word which did not come by the will of men, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. Therefore, we believe the Bible is infallible and our source for Truth. 2 Peter 1:21
We believe that all Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, and teaches us all things that pertain to life and godliness. 2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:3
We believe in Ephesians 4:4-5 in that there is one body and one spirit, one faith, one hope, one baptism, one Lord and one God.
We believe in the virgin birth, the sinless life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. That God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten Son to be the perfect sacrifice once for all, and for all of mankind.
We believe that the wages of sin are death, and through the free-will sacrifice of Jesus, God made Him both Lord and Christ. Thus, salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to man by which he must be saved. Luke 1:26-35; John 3:16; Heb. 10:10; Romans 6:23; Acts 2:36 & 4:12.
We believe that we are saved from eternal destruction when we believe in the name of Jesus and that Satan’s objective is to obtain glory for himself by tempting men away from God, and eternal life. John 10:10; John 17:3 & Romans 10:9-10.
When we believe in God and his son Jesus, we are born again from above with the incorruptible seed of God who is both Holy and Spirt, and thus we are endued with holy spirit power becoming joint heirs of Jesus Christ, and Christ’s ambassadors as though God were making his appeal through us to reconcile men to God. 1 Peter 1:23; Acts 2:38; Romans 8:17; 2 Corinthians 5:20.
We believe the saints were equipped on the day of Pentecost with nine manifestations of the holy spirit as described in 1 Corinthians chapters 12, 13, & 14, to prepare God’s people for works of service; so that the Body may be built up for the perfecting of the saints--that’s us. God kept secret the Body of Christ, a.k.a., the “one new man,” for had the rulers of this age understood it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. Acts 2:1-4; Ephesians 4:12-13; Colossians 1:26; Ephesians 2:14-16; 1 Corinthians 2:7-8.
We believe that as His Body we are being renewed and transformed as we walk worthy of our calling to re-present Christ in this day and time; that we are the light and salt of the earth; that we, the Body of Christ, are holding back the evil one until the day of Christ’s return; and that we will not suffer God’s wrath but will be taken out of the way (gathered together), at the appearing of the Lord. 2 Corinthians 3:18; Matthew 5:13; 2 Thessalonians 2:6-8.
